Welcome to heyclock! We are so excited that you will be joining us. Let's get started.

Getting started

1. Receive an invitation

   Your employer needs to invite you into heyclock and you will receive your invitation by email.

   

2. Your timesheet

   This is where you will enter your work hours. We are all aware how tedious this process can be, hence we created "Prefill week" button for you. You can use that to prefill the whole week in advance. The hours that your timesheet will be prefilled are the ones your employer defined for your working schedule as per your contract or agreement.

   

   Feel free to prefill your hours in advance and adjust them later if necessary. None of these entries are final. They are finalized only after you submit your hours at the end of the month.
